ROMANTIC DRESSING FOR VALENTINE’S DAY

ROMANTIC DRESSING FOR VALENTINE’S DAY

Lately, I’ve been really into billowy sleeves and loose bodied tops. Something about them feels so easy and romantic. The newest addition to my collection is this Penny Laceup Blouse from ASTARS. I’m loving laceup detail on the front and the bell-shaped sleeves that cinch in at the cuff. The neckline is just low (but not too low), and the crushed velvet elevates it just enough to take from it casual to dressy. If you’ve never shopped at ASTARS before, you can get 20% off your first purchase, which would make this blouse under $90 (I’m also in love with this pink shirtdress and these destroyed leggings).

With Valentine’s Day almost two weeks away, I can’t help but start to brainstorm the perfect Vday date night outfit- and this blouse tops my list!

Another addition to my closet is this beautiful red Maggie Wallet crossbody from Jemma. It is the perfect datenight bag because… it serves as your wallet during the day, but comes with a shoulder strap so it can be worn as a purse for evening (or styled as a clutch without the straps)! It has enough room for all of your credit cards, but the best part? It fits my honking iPhone 7 plus… and nothing seems to fit it. Jemma is currently offering 10% off at checkout through February 28th with code “JEMMAGIRLS”.

To complete the look, I paired my Penny top with this ruffle embroidered skirt from the Zara sale (there’s only one size left, but it’s only $12.99), and my favorite heel of all heels. It comes in 20 colors and looks good with everything from skirts, to jeans to dresses.
