Holiday Giveaway Series with Paperless Post

But before I get to the giveaway, I wanted to share a little bit about Paperless Post. I first discovered PP, like you probably did, about 6 years ago when word started to spread about their beautifully designed e-invitations.  Having received a few myself at that point, I decided to create a Paperless invitation for my husband’s 30th birthday. Needless to say, they turned out beautifully, and after that, I was hooked. I used Paperless Post exclusively to create all of the e-invitations for any party/shower/birthday I hosted for the next 5 years.

But then, something great got even better- don’t you love it when that happens? In 2012, Paperless Post added printed paper goods to their invitation repertoire and expanded their paper offerings to include holiday cards and stationary. So last year, I coerced my sister into ordering these paper invitations for my baby shower with matching printed liners. Guys- they were beautiful- I even have a framed copy sitting in Johanna’s nursery as decoration.

So when it was time to order holiday cards this year, I knew I was going to use one of Paperless Posts designs. I took some time to browse their holiday cards and had the hardest time narrowing it down to just one design (I literally had 10 picked out). So, I decided to order two different designs and send the first out to half of my list and the second to the other half because- why not?

For the first card, I was drawn to the fun and feminine nature of this square Pop Carnation design from Oscar de la Renta. For the second card, I opted for the clean and simple design of this card.  And lastly, to make up for the fact that I never sent out birth announcements for Johanna (#momfail), I selected this adorable holiday-themed announcement from Kate Spade-alumn Cheree Berry to send with the holiday cards. Did I mention that all of the cards come with customizable envelopes and envelope liners? I must say, I almost had as much fun picking out the liners as I did designing the cards! You can even upload all of your addresses and have Paperless Post mail them for you, but I decided to leave mine blank so that I could hand-address them. There is something to be said for adding that personal touch to each card, and I guess that’s my way of doing so.
